I have a question for my fellow PI paralegals in Texas. TPCIGA requires that we submit all medical bills through the clients insurance before proceeding further. The client in question has Aetna. I have started working in Sutherland in December 2021 for a different profile other than my previous experience. And to be true i am not enjoying this role. So recently i got offer from SAS for the same profile as I had before Sutherland. I cleared all the rounds with 70% hike.
Now I am worried how do I put down my papers? As i am still in training can I ask for immediate release? How do i put down things in Sutherland? Do i have to face any consequences?
