I have completed my final interview at Accenture and got selected. After that, they asked me to upload my PAN card and last 3 months' payslips through the portal, which I have successfully submitted. However, after uploading the documents, my application status changed to 'Assessment'. Can anyone please help me understand why this happened? Is this a normal part of the process, or is there something to be concerned about?

I am starting a 4-months internship at a company B in January. However, I just heard from a company T that they will interview me for their full time position.

I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..
