I have completed my Salary discussion with AT&T HR and he said that he needs to get approval for that. 3days back he confirmed that he got the approval through email and it needs to get updated in system to release offer letter..he mentioned it will take maximum one day..but it's been 3 days and still did not get any update..he does not reply for my email or call..any idea on this process? Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.
