I have completed the Capgemini interview and selected on 06 July and HR told me they will release the offer after 1 week.
It's been 3 weeks now, however no update from HR side. How much time do they take mostly to release the offer letter? Anything can we do? Called HR also, but no reply.

I recently joined Capgemini at 13.5 LPA along with 1 lakh as joining bonus. It was a jump from 6.5 and I have 4 YOE with 2 yrs in React JS
