I have done interview all interview round with IBM also done with offer discussion after that I get one Hacker rank test is necessary solve that test but he told me not necessary to do that exam@IBM

Is there anyone who completed the last SHL test and is waiting for the result or call back from HR. For me it's almost a week now after completing the last SHL test but no reply from HR.

In my application to McKinsey, do I include past unpaid internships as Work Experience?

Had such a great interview with an agency this morning. Then I look at their Glassdoor and it's horrible reviews- like the opposite of what the recruiter and group account director told me.

What do I do? I have a really good gut feeling about this but now scared from Glassdoor. UGH finding a job is so hard.

I'm having more than 12 yrs of experience and current ctc is 11.20 excluding night shift and variables. I've given interview in bny got shortlisted and submitted the documents. I got a job offer from a new company so I signed the offer letter and received the company laptop and they have created login credentials for me but my date of joining was after 15 days. Then I have submitted the resignation on current company. Now my current company found that I have accepted the offer for new company and got their laptop. Now they are asking me to pay 1.5 lakhs for giving the experience letter saying dual employment and breach of trust.

I have a total of 8.1 yrs of development experience in Java, Bigdata and Hadoop (new to it).
I got an offer from Capgemini for Manager/C2 designation with a CTC of 24 LPA. I just wanted to know the roles and responsibilities at this designation.
Will it be a profile shift from technical to managerial position or is just a designation (as per HR) the actual job would be to lead/guide any team?
