I have got a package of 18 LPA from Principal Global. I asked around a few people and they all said good things about Principal.
Now, I am getting calls as only two weeks of notice is remaining, and when I say I don't need any more offers, some say we can give you 22 CTC or 20 fixed.
The calls are from Coforge, Vitusa, Extentia.
I am leaving my current company because of micro-mngmt and lack of WLB, so my priority is WLB and Job Security. Am I making a correct decision in choosing Principal?

Got a call from Deloitte HR and she told me that if you're available for an interview right now. I asked I will be available after 8:30 PM or next day before 11 AM she said okay thank you and cut the call. Is this the same company right who wants there employees to serve a stict 90 days notice period. Immediate joiner ka toh suna tha but immediate interview ka scene hai. It looks like companies like Deloitte wants just an employee without knowing there knowledge and skills. What's your views guy
