Tech Stack: Data QE (focus) + Fullstack QE (general)
Current salary: 36 LPA (Fixed)
Offered salary: 48 LPA (Fixed) + 2 LPA (Variable) + 1200 units (ESOPs - around 3.5 to 4 L/yr. on paper)

HiLabs is going for C/D round funding in March 2026.
How do you think is the offer and culture at HiLabs compared to established and well-funded startups and Tier 1/0 companies?

Today after HR round with Morgan Stanley they have given me the amount as 2365000 base + 141900 EmployerPF + 354750 Variable + 4.75 lakh relocation.
