Anyone workout during the work day? How does that work out? (Particularly with showering and cleanliness)

My last agency had a gym in the basement and I could shower there. A lot of us worked out at lunch.

I would usually lift and not do cardio specifically for that reason, as I wasn’t nearly as sweaty after.

I would usually time a snack an hour before and make sure I packed an appropriately sized lunch.

Does anyone know why I lose more weight when I eat 2000 calories vs when I eat 1200 calories? For reference, I am currently 5’7 F and 128 lbs. I cannot work out for another month due to an expiring CPA exam so I am definitely losing muscle mass.

When I calorie count, I account for every little thing such as the vegetable oils or the tbs of salt. The 1200 calories is usually an extremely large meal + fruits + soup. The 2000 calories is usually a meal from a restaurant + fruits + a sandwich.

Yesterday I and my friends were discussing office matters and there was a question. I thought i will ask it here as I felt it is a matter of an individual's experience.
The question is my friend has a scenario. Which is in his current company the joining date was on 2nd August 2019 but the previous organisation's lwd was 5th of August 2019. Will this overlap cause problem during the next switch?
If yes, how can he overcome this?
