I have got offers from Accenture, Deloitte USI and PWC India. All of them have the same pay scale but Deloitte has more fixed pay whereas Accenture has more joining bonus. Also Deloitte is offering me an Analyst position even though I have almost 3 years of experience(Usually I think they offer Consultant). Keeping in mind a healthy work life balance and opportunities to grow and learn where do u guys suggest me to join? Salesforce developer with 2.11 years exp.

Hi Fishes I switched to Nagarro in May 2021 from Infy and at 23.5 lpa as a senior staff consultant with a lot of product owner experience (in search, merchandising, and AI/ML space) from the last 9 years within ecommerce industry. I still feel underpaid as my last company Infy spoiled my salary growth in those 9 years. What annual hike can I expect in Nagarro? Or should I start exploring outside already now? I feel I should be earning 40-50 by now based on my experince, but is that realistic?
