I have an initial recruiter phone interview with Square Thursday. Is it it just a phone call or is it a video call and they didn’t specify. If it’s a video call what’s the dress code like? I’m coming from consulting so all my interviews were in suits. Any tips to get past the recruiter phone screen?

Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.
Thanks in advance

Therapy is what you need, not FB lol. If you work on getting better, you’ll get better.
You cannot work hard enough to fill this well inside of you, it has no floor.
Go to therapy. Understand how your background influenced your core beliefs. Adapt your thinking with the help of a professional. Learn techniques to support your nervous system too.
You cannot outwork the dread that you are not good enough. I’m telling you three times.
This is the personality trait that consulting firms exploit. I second all the recommendations to get therapy and work on yourself. What you value, your self-identity and worth, and your boundaries. Journaling and meditation—even just for five minutes—helped me immensely. Good luck! I sincerely hope your find inner peace.

Take care of yourself. You sound a little at the end of your rope. Please remember to practice self care and take it easy on yourself.

Therapy. Possible medication. And lifestyle changes.
Not related to the interview piece but I can commiserate with the perfectionist side of this so I hope some of this will help with that at least with seeing somebody else struggle with the same mindset.
First off, I’d second all the therapy recommendations. When I started consulting out of college, I’d work any amount of hours to get the deliverable to a point where I knew it wouldn’t fail (I work on implementations). 80+ hours a week and weekends (the usual junior resource lot) and I was miserable but couldn’t let the idea of a failed deliverable slip.
After therapy (and a particularly understanding PM), I learned how to better prioritize my deliverables (and work in general) against what is truly important to me. We aren’t doctors saving lives so not everything is so immediate and we need to give our own lives and well-being space to grow. However, we are often critical to our clients success and our income is critical to our personal comfort/wellbeing so learning how to understand what can drop, what can be delayed/delegated, and what can’t is critical to ensuring our career progression and happiness. All in all, I understand where you’re coming from but each of us has to learn how to deal with these stresses in our own way. Try therapy and I hope you find a healthy path forward.
It’s hard but it gets better. Therapy is a necessity, meds really helped me.
