WFH Vs WF Office Vs Hybrid, Which one should you take?
If you are fresher, go for a WF Office setup. You will learn things beyond your work. In the initial phase of of your career, one needs to focus more on learning than on comfort. The interactions at office, meeting with collegues, conversations at the cafeteria, sense of responsibilty, the need to walk up on time to reach office etc will shape you for better.

Once you have a work experience of few year then any setup is fine. Go for WFH.

Read a LinkedIn post from a CEO today about putting in 18 daily hrs in the first 5 years of the job and worship work to become successful. Oddly disturbing.
