It's part of offer hopping culture... I have only one offer and decided to join that and didn't gave more interviews... People around think I m C####
Bro in these days it's good to have multiple offers. Here in FB I have seen a wipro guy had multiple offers was asked to deny all the other offers and join wipro. He did that and then just before a week wipro HR asked him you can look for other options since the position is no longer available. So it's always good to have multiple offers and deny them only after you join the company.
Bro they have backup candidates. Do you think really think they will wait for you for 3 months and not have backup candidates?
Also, what about companies revoking their offer at the last moment?
Don't feel bad since this is normalised by the organizations themselves.
😁 here's something that will cheer you up, they don't feel bad pulling their offer back at the last moment or never informing a candidate if they are rejected , or making the candidate wait in anticipation and only to extend offer when the other candidate bail out - most HRs are savage - you think of yourself.
If however, you could have informed earlier without it affecting your next move, then sure you should have informed - but no big deal.
Dude I have made through all interview rounds of 3 companies and now they are saying position is on hold. Deloitte, Persistent and PwC. So you are being fair enough.
Same situation here.. offer on hold at Deloitte
