I have more than 10 years of experience in Manual/Database Testing, Data Consulting, Data Quality and Data Migration using SQL. I am also a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and certified Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO). I am at 23 LPA currently so would like to know am i actually under paid. Can anyone please confirm if there is such rule that within notice period Night shift allowance goes on hold and will be paid in FnF. Or should I raise this concern with my manager.

Worked so hard to get a tech exit with reasonable comp, but now that I got it, it feels weird to leave strat consulting. Consulting pays more in the longer term with much faster progression, but once in tech always in tech, more meaningful S&O work and better wlb (hopefully??)
