I have never heard of Workday, but it's apparently a pretty big player because a LOT of companies I've applied to list it as a requirement. I thought it was just a CRM system, but it sounds like an all in one solution.

Is it really that popular? What ERP system is it most like? I use MAS500, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft and Solomon/MS Dynamics.

Posted about this a while back but didn’t get a definitive response. I have a bunch of Manhattan prep GMAT books from the past few years that have little to no writing in them. How concerned are you about inflation? We have 70% savings rate and 50% of our expenses are housing / utilities of which the largest part is rent which is a fixed contract (no CPI escalation, no automatic increases, paying same rent for 4 years). No car as we are living in a large city. So if I look at the components of CPI and what’s rising I am feeling pretty „good“ about it. The one thing I am „worried“ is asset inflation but obviously that benefits me directly. What am I missing?

Does anyone if there is anything legally a company can do to you if you don’t provide a two weeks notice when quitting? I’ve heard corporate talking about charging people for leaving without proper notice but this doesn’t sound legal.

Have others found it hard to transition from Audit to Financial Analyst? All the recruiters I’m meeting with are telling me I probably won’t get an interview since they’re looking for someone who’s ready to hit the ground running.
