I have offer from ey-gds and infosys. In hand salary difference is 10k between current and offered infosys salary. Difference between current and ey is 25-28k. Infosys offering job location in my home town and ey offering 250km away from my home town. I am totally confused which one should i join. I heard ey gives good annual hike around 10+ where infy hike is not more than 5-8%. Any suggestions will be helpful.
