I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google

What do you think of the startup's product? Is it something you think has potential and are interested in, or are you lukewarm on one (or both)? Unless I saw a bunch of red flags that made me question the startup, that would be my pick. You're going to wear multiple hats in every role, no matter what they say during the interview. That alone isn't enough of a reason to pass on the startup offer.

How old are you? What are your responsibilities? Kids? If you are young, go for the startup. Otherwise stable role.
No job is secure, your goal should be to learn as much along the way as you can. Diversify as much as possible, multiple hats are great. That is a great opportunity. If anything, in a year or two, can look for something else with more experience under your belt.
