I have received offer from Barclays and they want me to join as soon as possible in 60 days atleast and i had already mentioned to hr that my np is 3 month. I have already applied for my resignation, spoke with my Accenture people lead but she said it is mandatory to serve 90 days in any case for client billability.Is it possible to negotiate Np in accenture? If yes what reason can I mention .will barclays take back their offer in case i do not join early. I do not want to loose on both ends?Pls

Junior associate here (2L). Got some ‘constructive feedback’ from a 4L. We went over budget on a matter, and 4L thinks it has something to do with my inefficient delegation to 0Ls (and not the all the out of scope work the client asked us to do but doesn’t want to pay for...). Delegated tasks included basic grunt work like splitting out documents, preparing execution versions and other low-level tasks. 4L asked me to check with them before I delegate anything in the future. Thoughts?

Join birlasoft one month back, but didn't get any project yet. Till now gave two client round perform well in both but afterwards didn't get any kind of response from RMG. RMG people are also not too interactive, they hardly respond to the pings.

Feeling a bit uncomfortable now as in my 8years career it is happening the first time that I am idle for a whole month, also there is no one to interact with. This whole atmosphere is now making me loose my confidence.

Hey guys I have offer from cisco system and checkpoint cyber security . Checkpoint is offering x+5 in base where as cisco is offering similar amount in joining bonus. Overall per year ctc is also differs by 3 lac (y+3) in checkpoint .

So considering recession and mass layoff which one will be right option to select in terms wlb, job security and future growth .

FYI : checkpoint is starting r&d division in India I will be first person to be hired for the same role.
