I have recently joined Hexaware and I am currently on the bench. Since the office is very far from my home (around 90 km up and down), do I still need to go to the office, or can I work from home while on the bench? Can anyone please confirm what the policy is?

Currently working at Perforce Software in Minneapolis as a writer making 70k. Was offered a job to be a writer at Amazon Alexa for 95k plus 11k sign on and shares.

Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?
