I have the amex plat and called the concierge to book a fine hotel and resorts stay to use my $200 hotel credit. I’ve returned on my trip and come to find out the rep didn’t book a prepaid stay and booked a pay at arrival without telling me. I called arguing my case and they opened an internal investigation but any advice on what else I can do to get my credit? The rep never asked if I wanted to prepay or pay later and I’m just so annoyed because I never would’ve booked with them without the $$
