I have three job offers:

TCS – 13.5 LPA (Work from Office)
LTI – 14 LPA (Hybrid)
Tiger Analytics – 17 LPA (Permanent Work from Home)

For stability purposes, which one should I choose?
I am looking for job stability for at least the next 2 years, as I am planning to get married within the next 1-2 years.

Recommendations for firms to look into in South FL? I'm in Ft. Lauderdale but am open to Boca or Miami. I'm a first year associate in ID (coverage issues) but really would prefer transactional work. Also, how much time does it take on first day for all the formalities? After laptop collection and formalities, I am planning to return to my hometown which is 250 km away.

So I used to work for a company where my job was good, was a director of business solutions for a fashion brand. Only issue was that the CFO micromanaged and ended up leaving. Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.
