Accenture – ₹17.5 LPA, SAP ABAP on HANA, hybrid work mode, project not yet assigned.
Tech Mahindra – ₹16.5 LPA, SAP SD & ABAP Techno-Functional role, 5 days/week, client is SAP, Support Project.
Considering I have 5 years of SAP experience, which option would you recommend and why?"

But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?
