Hello all, I have an offer from Quantiphi and another famous travel company which is building a technical arm for themselves. Both the companies are offering same compensation. HRs are calling for offer acceptance. I am leaning towards Quantiphi as the culture is well known to me.
But I have to decide soon. Should I accept both the offers and then decline one at the time of joining. I am new to this and find this a little unethical. Can someone help?

Hi, I received offer letter from jpmc and accepted it. Today, HR told me that my offer was not processed since i had attended an interview and got offer from Mphasis for a JPMC client one year ago( which i declined later) . Could you please let me know, will it affect my current offer from JPMorgan Chase
I am leaving JP Morgan next month and have resigned before completing of my 1 year with the firm but technically my year will be completed next month before notice period. The laptop allowance and the relocation allowances will it be recovered from me during my exit??

As India will be more on the client side and will involve travelling but Global has no client side you will be supporting the onsite teams.
PWC - Same package , same designation as per your aspiration then wfh is the best option.

Chase is any day better than any of the big 4
I did worked in pwc and jp both. You will notice a lot of difference in their work culture. Chase is way better in all aspects. Only negative thing is you need to be in ofc atleast three days a week.
If you want work from home only then PWC but overall, JPMC. The reviews about WLB in big 4 is not a good one. JPMC on the other hand is known for good WLB and culture.
JPMC is no.1 in Banking. Check any list, JPMC would be on top. Some Chinese banks are top in some lists but then they are Chinese so they don't count.
So which company are you joining finally ?
JP Morgan has extra benefits like variable pay, CEO Bonus, gratuity, medical benefits are not part of CTC. You can compare basis your feasibility and take decision accordingly. JP Morgan is known for its rich culture as well.
What is the package offered and YOE ?
I am also a CA. I would say PWC is a good option here both in terms of overall growth & exit opportunity. I am assuming, you are from an audit background.
This is not PWC India its PWC SDC offshore, where as in jp Morgan profile is regulatory reporting so which one is good ?
