EY Deloitte PwC people - would you leave your current employer for a 15%-25% total comp difference? This translates to a 25-45k difference per annum, largely driven by bonus at the new firm (20-40%), much smaller than my current employer. Doesn’t feel like a great exit opportunity - currently at big 4 this would be moving to a niche consulting company

It's awesome that you've found your niche! Maybe it's your location, but $45k sounds low to me. I'd think more like $60k. The good news is, there are plenty of options in travel consulting. Have you tested the waters elsewhere to see if there are any other opportunities in your area, or remote?
Yes it is low and it’s a remote position. I work for Amex and we do get uncapped bonuses every 3 months, but I just feel so low balled as far as my salary. This is actually my first job as a travel consultant. I went totally out my comfort zone too explore other options while I’m still young.
Enjoy your experience as much as you can, continue to seek new roles but be calculated in your approach. You might (or might not) also love your job in another opportunity where you can grow
Get time under your belt and jump to a firm that pays you more than that
Your salary seems a bit low, but I guess you have time to excel if you've just started. Plus, there is nothing better than finding a job you love! Best of luck for the future!
