I haven’t been a travel consultant for long. I just really got into this career. I’m actually thinking this is it. I never had a job where I could say I love my job until now. Before this I was into Tech. I was a Tech specialist, I do have a degree in business. I always known customer service/Tech. I finally hit 25 and I’m ready too settle down and find my forever career. I reside in Louisiana and I make about 45k salary. What advice could you give me? Should I look for other options?

Hi ! I have gotten an offer via email for what I believe is level 9 data visualization specialist in the dc area. I have a masters and 3.5 years of consulting experience. I’ve gotten an initial offer and trying to get some context on what the range is for this and whether I should push for more or accept. It is 5,000 above what I said my minimum was, but is significantly more than my current salary. Thanks for any input :)

Does AFS offer annual salary adjustment? Bonuses? MSA?

I just had the initial call with HR. I was told that Senior Analysts start at 56k and Business Operations Specialists start at 67k. I was told the next step was Junior Manager but they rarely started anyone at that level. I'm shocked. Is that accurate or are they trying to lower my expectations? I have an MBA and an MHA and 20 years military experience.
