I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

I would start now for a standard dress that you order and then it's made after. I got mine at a sample sale so I took it home the same day; you can do that closer.

Start now. I bought mine 11 months before my wedding and it was ready for fittings 3 months before. Fittings take a couple months unless you pay for a rush.

Agree with the others. Start looking now. Ask the dress stylist what the lead time is for your favorite dresses. Depending on the designer, it could be around 4-6 months. Ask for seamstress recommendations. Once you get the dress, schedule your first fitting asap. My seamstress updated their policy during the wedding busy season so people with fewer than 12 weeks had to pay $100 extra as a rush fee.
I had a similar timeline as you. Began shopping in Jan, purchased end of Jan, received dress in May (it arrived earlier than quoted), first fitting in July, last fitting one week before wedding, wedding late October.
I would start looking sooner rather than later.
I'd say 2-3 months before the big day. Fittings and adjustments are doable within that time period. Good luck!
As early as possible. Do not wait until the last minute. Fittings usually take a couple of months.
Start looking now. This was the mistake I made before. The last fitting was a few days before the big day.
