Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

I wouldn’t unless you want to be put on a list at the pharma company as part of their recruiting files. It is a small world and you might want to go there in the future. If you don’t get the job and do what you mention about it could be perceived as being disgruntled.
Unless the interviewer was asking illegal questions it could be positioned as your word vs theirs.
If you feel really strong about it, place a review on sites like Glassdoor.
If you do get this job, you might have to be working with this person. If you can’t get over this, it will cause you problems in the future.
You should
Yes, you should
You should but it will probably go nowhere. The number of times I have reported this type of thing over my career is what I’m basing this off of.
Heck one manager “interviewed” me in a wife beater with his kid screaming in the background and was a total scatterbrained a hole. I notified HR and saw on LinkedIn that he just got another promotion. (I interviewed 6 months ago).
Good luck 👍🏻
WOW!
Hell yeah, narc on them. Some interviewers have no business interviewing candidates and absolutely need that feedback.
I had a similar experience at a pharma interview where the interviewer bashed my undergrad school, asked about my relationship with my father (which was extremely weird), my family life, etc.
I did not say anything but wish I had especially since I have no desire to work for the company in the future.
What company
Absolutely
Yup
Definitely provide feedback. I was in a process recently and although I didn’t get the offer, I provided feedback on the (positive) experience and it was appreciated. Surely constructive feedback would be too.
Absolutely. I’d say something whether you get the job or not.
Do these feedback get shared with the relevant leadership members within the company?
It’s probably a good idea to mention it so there’s an internal awareness for this behavior however this will be of no benefit to you as a candidate. Big pharma tolerates a lot of bad managers.
