I joined citi in jan 2025 at $ABCD salary, today my salary is 3% less despite getting 6.5 percent hike in INR terms this year.
I will need 20 percent hike next year just to negate inflation and rupees depreciation. It's going to be either citi or switch for me.

What’s the salary for respiratory therapists in Florida since we’ve had the housing and gas increase ? I have 6 years experience with ICU, level II NICU, and PICU experience. My base is $33 and I have a $6 tot differential of nights and weekends - which I always work this shift.

Team just applied for a TS Clearance (defense agency). Trying to assess if it makes sense to wait till the clearance comes through (6 months to a year?) before I job hop. I'm hoping to get some clarity on the following:
1. Can my company withdraw or cancel my clearance if I leave right after I secure a TS?
2. In terms of compensation, how much value (% compensation) does a TS clearance have in the DC area? Places I'm considering: AWS, Azure, GCP, Data bricks, Appian etc.
