I joined Cognizant in June this year. But since joining I have had a very bad experience about project allocation. Since joining I have not been allowed to stabilize myself in any 1 project. My 1st project got over just after 2-3 months. Now I am in my second project which is also going to release me by 31 st Dec. It's not that I have not been serious or hard working in any of these projects , at least as my PM or HCM says but why can't I get a long term project here. Is some wrong doing going?
