I joined my current product-based company 6 months ago (on-site role). Due to a recent leadership change things are not looking good beyond 1-2 months. (YOE ~ 3)
I’ve now received a remote offer from a 4–5-year-old service-based company (100–200 employees) with a ~45% hike. They're asking me to join within 2 weeks — my current employer has no issue with that.
This would be my first service-based role. Should I accept this offer or hold off and look for other opportunities?

My book is just spec and side projects. I’m trying to get a new junior-to-mid role because I’ve gotten nothing good produced where I’m at, and I have zero faith this will change if I stick around.

I’m asked for work samples from recruiters and CDs even though I make clear that what I’ve done doesn’t reflect who I am as a creative. Think CRM/DM/B2B stuff. They insist on it, and I never hear back afterwards.

Not sure what to do. Almost feel like I’d be better off erasing my agency experience.

The industry has slowed where I live. Our bonus structure was cut in half at the start of the year. Needless to say the mortgage department floating the bank’s profit margin during the pandemic, and now after 2 years of working our butts off we are receiving a pay cut. Has this happened to anyone else? My bonus used to be almost a 3rd of my income, now it’s negligible. I’m hoping to work remote full time, but we are being pushed back to the office.

General thoughts on moving over to the vendor side? Specially for an account manager role. Advantages/disadvantages?

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?
