I joined Rightpoint (Goldman Sachs client) 3 weeks back where they offered me 32 LPA fixed. The project is not assigned yet as BGV from Goldman Sachs is in process.
Now another company - Statusneo (McKinsey client) approached where I gave interviews before joining here and said they are ready to provide 35 LPA.
Not sure what to do. Please suggest.

Should I disclose or hide the fact that I am on maternity leave? I have an interview with a big law firm in NY. I’m currently working for a law firm in Atlanta. I imagine I will be asked whether I have returned to the office or working remotely from NY. My husband and I have been living in New York since the pandemic to be near family.
