I just finished my last round of interviews for Consultant role at Slalom. I live in a metropolitan area and have 5+ years of non-traditional experience but with skill sets they really need. What base pay should I expect/is fair?

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

0% chance on full remote
Unfortunately, not a chance. As things return to normal, you'll be expected to be on site.
I've only had one project in all my years at slalom that allowed for 2 remote days per week. The client approved it because they were also not working from the office those days. Definitely the exception and not the norm.
