Hi there! Interviewing w/Amazon for a non-tech role (Associate Category Manager aka Associate Buyer) and was asked what my salary requirements are for base+bonus+equity. Can anyone share insight on what Amazonians make in this role. I have 4 YOE and glassdoor is not very helpful.
Any feedback is appreciated 🙏 Amazon

Look around online and find out what is similar to the company size, role, or anything to help you get an idea. That’s the only way you’ll know. Sounds too like you are early in your career, get fair pay, but you might not have a ton of leverage right now.
Yes. Research what market comp is in your COL area. RHI issues as comp report and other employment agencies do as well. Or use Glassdoor, Payscale, a number of other sources.
How can you have nothing to compare to? There are plenty of sources online. Do your research. If you want help here then post your offer, your YOE, location and role to get an idea.
Do some research, ask around, and find out what you can. You apparently don't have a lot of experience, and that's usually what you can cite as a negotiating point. So you're essentially left with saying you had been expecting more and see if they budge. Just make sure to be professional about it, companies will rescind offers if you say anything that sounds like you're not being serious.
