I just got rejected after four rounds of interviews, and the feedback was simply that I wasn't a cultural fit. I answered every technical question perfectly and got along great with the team, so it feels like a total cop-out. It’s the most frustrating feedback to receive because there’s literally nothing you can do to improve for next time. Is cultural fit just code for we hired the MD’s nephew or am I being too cynical?
