I just had a call with HR for associate role at TIAA and during negotiations I asked for 25 and she offered me 17.5 which was way beyond. Then after some time I said the least I can go is 22 and in reply she said the maximum I can go is 20 , means she raised 3 lakh in 1 minute. We didn't come to a conclusion and she said let me review it and asked me to re-think. Do you think they will offer 22?
