Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

Don't answer them. If they promoted this person over you then they should know the job they applied for. It's not your job to train them, they have their managers to do that! Start looking elsewhere for another job!
One thing i learned long ago was that employees don't train those above them.
If they approach you tell them that’s above your pay grade and tell them to consult with their boss. Depending on your age, sex etc. that’s discrimination. Degrees don’t matter anymore. If they aren’t qualified they aren’t qualified

I think this is the way. Unless you're getting paid extra to train them, it really needs to go up the chain of command.
Agree with all the comments. However, you might always have someone younger [as a boss] or other situation. You can always say its out of ur scope, not pay grade. Make ur comments professional

How to do the job.
Am looking for a job
I’ve had a colleague reach out to me for help with multiple projects and then use what she learned and present it as her own work, only to get a promotion to “Director” without ever giving me so much as a nod. Now she’s been promoted above her capabilities… and it’s glaring obvious.

Just tell that person that they need to go talk to their boss that’s not your position. In the long run they are the ones that is taking the credit not you.
As someone who put team over self, I once trained someone who ended up being my replacement with a different title. She was really struggling and I had to spend a lot of time with her to teach her simple tasks. She had a degree and I did not, and the boss told me to my face he wanted me let go because I didn’t have a degree. It was a toxic environment to be in, so really, I would have done myself no favours by staying. I got several months severance and went on to find a much better job with a great team. If I could do it again, I would probably do the same since the wheels were already put in motion to get rid of me long before then. They manipulated the union to do their dirty work. It wasn’t the place for me!

I don’t think advanced degrees should qualify someone for a role, but neither should age. It’s crazy this is happening. If you are constantly getting inundated with questions, it may be worth raising with leader of its becoming a problem.
