I just landed a Director of Growth role, and I am 100% convinced they hired the wrong person. Every time I sit in a leadership meeting, I’m waiting for someone to realize I’m just Googling acronyms under the table. I’ve hit my targets for three years straight, yet I still feel like a total fraud who got lucky with a few good campaigns. Does this feeling ever actually go away?

If I was a junior on a team during a campaign launch, is that something I can put in my book? I helped during the concepting phase, was responsible for keeping the boards up to date, and wrote a lot of the supporting materials (print, social etc) but obviously I was not on the shoot or the lead on writing the script.
