I just received a dream job offer but began working at Google only 3 months ago. I’m an L4 financial analyst for data centers. I interviewed for this other firm months ago and was put in limbo. I didn’t expect them to cycle back at all. This other opp aligns very clearly with my career goals so I’m torn. Does Google have a blacklist for people who leave? I may want to come back here in another role in the future

Also, what salary bracket does Level 4 fall into?

I was told a position is expected to return to the hybrid mode and not 100% remote eligible. Has anyone successfully negotiated a role labeled this way to become fully remote?

1. Given it’s an internal consulting role, are the hours equally bad / worse than consulting firms?
