I just spent $200 on a professional tech resume writer and they literally just put my exact experience into a boring, black-and-white single-column template. I thought it looked way too simple compared to my old stylized design, but they swore up and down that modern applicant tracking systems will break if you use two columns or any color.My callbacks have actually spiked this week since I switched. Are we really trapped in a world where a resume has to look like a 1995 legal document just to get read by a human?

I am working as a Collibra Architect from past 1 year and 2 months now(First gig after Uni) and honestly I dont like what I am doing, its too boring and it doesnt really involve any real development which i originally signed up for.
