I just started listening to a book called Invisible Women by Caroline Criado Perez. It reviews the lack of research and acknowledgement of women’s needs, and poses the majority of this issue as being a blindspot for women rather than malicious suppression. An example includes car safety standards being designed with only men in mind because researchers assume the features for men would be sufficient for women. I’m wondering if there are any finance-related oversights like this?

Help me save the day: have a massive excel file (600k rows) with duplicate records (column a, b and c are duplicate, not a duplicate if a and b are the same though). How can I filter for just these records? If it didn’t crash excel I could concat into one column, Conditional format for duplicates, and sort by color. What’s a work around?
