I have recived a call from HR regarding the salary offered & she told that we are offering that salary. I have accepted offer & told her to explain me the breakup of CTC, she said she will call me back but i have not received any call from last 2 days & I have tired to call & also mailed her but no revert.
Can someone explain me what should be the matter or its likes goes only in deloitte? Deliotte

In public, getting your CPA is an expectation. You may get a one time bonus upon passing before starting, as that is meant to incentivize young staff to get it done quickly, but a salary bump probably isn’t realistic, given you have no experience.
I agree - sign on bonus because now they don't have to invest in any CPA classes for you, allow you time to study or time off to take the test.
I'd negotiate sign on bonus at best but you won't get higher comp.
Most firms offer a cpa bonus but it doesn’t matter if you pass before or after stating. Reality is 70+ % of staff leave within the few years so there’s no shortage of CPAs to promote to manager.
