I wouldn’t say that’s normal, and it seems misleading to call that a full-time role. I’ve seen companies label 32-hour positions as full-time—you still get all the benefits, you just don’t work 40 hours. Are you sure those roles aren’t still offering benefits if they’re calling it full-time?
I definitely think it’s misleading!
Are you looking to work hourly? You can always explain the situation that you need your full time depending on the state, I say look around it’s slow season right now, I have a couple of team mates that have two jobs and also do odd jobs here and there to be ok. But when is busy again they keep one and the odd jobs here and there
Yes hourly! But yeah it is slow season I guess! Just gotta wait for the right one to come around!
