Folks I want to get into cloud but don't know where to start. I want to take a course that will teach me real world practical skills. I began one on Udemy but asking the group to recommend courses/sites/boot camps that will actually teach me skills to help me pivot into cloud. Thank you in advance for your help

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. Just got an offer to be an Enterprise Risk Analyst, but later found out that I would be mainly doing reconciliations. The senior analyst that would train me said they are building out a system via alteryx for automation. It sounds interesting.
