I think she’s ready for me to be done today 🤷♀️

I just got an offer from EY in London but considering based on what the maternity policy is which doesn’t seem to be spelt out in contract or benefits pdf. Does anyone know a) if there’s a minimum employment period to qualify and b) what the enhanced maternity pay is. I’ve read both 16 weeks and 18 weeks.
I have an offer from Mercer to join as module lead with 12.5 fix CTC and annual incentive plan which is not clearly mentioned in offer letter. My joining date is 31st October so as per company policy anyone joining after 1st oct won't be eligible for appraisal cycle nor for annual incentive plan..which makes my package 12.5 lacs for next one and a half year.
Not sure if it would be a wise decision, current CTC is 9.08 lacs Mercer

I don’t think it necessarily proves a correlation between “killing” the interview and being a successful product manager. But I think it proves that using a product management framework can be applied to anything, including the interviewing process, and everything can be measured with KPI’s. It’s kinda backwards because I perceive that this process is more black and white for the interviewers, not necessarily that it yields better candidates.

Excelling in the interviews are definitely the first step. Performance also matters. That is why probably we see a lot of lay offs within an year of joining.
