i left zs almost three years ago. i thought of coming back but people tell me the place is different now.

i was an ace performer but left coz the market was great and i got 4 offers at once. thought of taking that risk.

but now - i miss the culture i experienced in zs between 2020-2021.

what are the thoughts of people who have been at zs since then and what do you recommend?

For buy side analysts, are there logical career moves one can make after having a couple of years of working experience?
