I miss just making “the thing”. I would get a project. Then find the best partners to make “the thing.” It was the best. I would meet and work with all kinds of talented designers, filmmakers etc. The creative got better. Now it’s a ton of politics like find a way to make this in-house and you can’t denigrate in-house because we all need to get behind it. I have to triple bid, but has to go in-house. Will it ever return back? Walking on eggshells all the time. What do you miss?

My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work.
