You must've looked to leave your firm for a reason. If you're thinking of jumping back into that firm or firm life generally, think back to that reason or those reasons and assess whether the cons you're experiencing now are worse than the cons you were experiencing before

Vibes are important and can make a huge difference. Try to stay a year if it’s tolerable, but otherwise start looking now.
