I’m a very experienced veterinary assistant who has been doing this job for about 4 years in total however because of my skill level I would say I am more of an unlicensed technician. I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

Do you all think I will be rejected?

Just got a lateral hire offer for a Sr Associate role with BCG. Contract states that I can go for Consultant promo in 12 months. I'm interpreting this as, if I don't make the promo threshold in 12 months, I'd be counseled out. Is this a reasonable assumption? Or would I get a few more months of time to work on feedback?
