I need clarity on something. I have two offers in hand. They're not big, but they're enough for me to take care of myself at the moment. One offer is from Concentrix as a chat advisor, and the other is from a USA recruiting company for an HR role. Although I have an interest in the technical domain, I couldn't get a job in that field for several reasons. Now, I'm considering joining Concentrix to make connections and try to apply internally for a tech role.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello, Am confused with a few optns in my career growth. I have 2 offers in hand 1 from a tier 3 or tier 4 comp nt a start up. They're offering me a good package with so many career benifits like an onsite, opportunity, certification n good technology exposure. Another offer frm a reputed comp a tier 1 comp not an expectd package n benefits.

Hi guys, I have got one full time job for 14LPA from 10.5LPA in Coforge for BA role. On the other hand, I have one more offer for Canada and the job is on 2 years contract basis with 80k CAD per annum where I have to sign 2 years agreement as well that I can’t back out once I get the offer.
