I need some advice on whether to stay or start looking: 11YOE (IP lit and then in house) - 3 years as director - privacy counsel PE tech. Functionally - global head of privacy and lead AI counsel. Seen as strategic business partner working with the CIO and senior leadership daily. “Sterling” annual review. $220base, no bonus, minimal low value stock options. My next step is Senior Director and I have asked for a title alignment to accurately reflect my impact. I think I’m operating at VP level.

How do you start waking up early? Always been a night owl and sleep around 1. Wake up at 8/8:30 right before work starts.
I need to start waking up early to get into workout /yoga and meditation routine. I tried today and kept snoozing my alarm for 2 hours.
Weekend is way worse when I sleep around 3 wake up around 10/11

I love what I do and I have an offer to stay in International Development and be a manager with 86k, focusing on my technical area + lots of travel. But I also have offers from Deloitte and EY to be a GPS consultant at ~100k. Is it worth it to move to D or EY? I’ve been working a Boston based commercial lender for about 9 months as a credit analyst since leaving my relationship manager/portfolio manager role in agricultural lending. I’ve been presented with a portfolio analyst role they have created for me (was told not to apply for a PM role) . The offer is for $100k, is this reasonable? I feel like I have leverage due to underwriting 48% of the volume we have booked by myself and my team is 7 other analysts.

Morning everyone! Does anyone have insight into what a nontechnical senior manager base salary should be at Apple with 10 YOE (based in either Austin or Cali). I’ve tried looking at the salary sites many suggested on this site but am not finding much for non technical roles. Thanks!

3 YOE in Marketing through internships in college, followed by 2 years Financial Operations/Data Tools full-time. I got an offer for $75K at TekSystems for a Market Analyst role. I gave them a range of $70-75K, so they gave the max. But I am questioning asking for a bit more given insurance is apparently on the higher-end and I want to ensure I didn't low-ball myself.

Just to note, this is about a 25% increase compared to what I am currently making.

Is making 10 times your initial salary in 25 years at the same company good progression? Started at 20k and making 210k.
