Skip the books for now and just talk to your team. Ask them what they need and what's getting in their way. Their responses are going to be 1000000000x more useful than anything you'd read because they're real and applicable to your job and company, not some hypothetical one.
“The Culture Code” by Daniel Coyle and “Multipliers” by Liz Wiseman are a couple of my favorites. Take some inspiration and put it into action. Remember that no two people are the same, so be adaptable and not too rigid when trying to help others grow.

Books don’t help. Engage with your people and make sure they feel seen and heard and supported
Books help if the mentor or team lead sets an example of, for instance, reading a book every two weeks. Growth happens in reading books, trust me!
