JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

You push until they say this is the best we can do. You either then start to negotiate vacation, benefits, bonus, sign-on bonus, etc. if you still feel it’s insufficient.
Or.. you have a choice to make based on the companies best and final offer.
The good part is, you at least know you’re getting the max they’re will to offer in a situation like this.
Yes that makes sense, thanks
You definitely push until they are at their best offer. If you're not happy with their final offer I'd recommend negotiating sign on bonus or spot bonus after 90 days or something like that. You could also negotiate to work from home or development opportunities: Continuing education benefits and even travel and conference compensation.
That’s a good approach, thank you!
